Must Haves:

• 2+ years of experience in the collections field
• experience working in B2B collections.
• experience with large portfolios
• hands-on experience with excel (formula's, filtering, etc.)
• Microsoft Office Suite experience

Plusses:

• Enterprise level portfolio experience
• experience using pivot tables within excel
• experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365

Day to Day:

Insight Global is looking for 2 Collections Specialists who have experience working within the AR, credit, or collections in a B2B environment that can support a team looking for additional support. This employee will be responsible for:

• Calling customers to speak with them about the payment due
• Communicate via outlook and Jaber with sales, customer service, transportation, etc. teams
• 80% of the day communicating with customers
• 20% finding proof of sale, documenting communications, tracking shipments, etc. This team is looking for someone who is comfortable joining them on-site Monday through Wednesday starting in September.
• Previous experience working in manufacturing or industrial environments will help this person acclimate quickly to the types of collections they will be managing.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
