This Role

• Collect and track payments
• Post customer payment by recording cash, checks, and credit card transactions
• Resolve valid or authorized deductions by entering adjustment entries
• Bank deposits and running relevant reports
• Prepare and distribute monthly customer statements
• Reconcile any discrepancies or errors identified by conversing with customers
• Enter receivable information into customer portals and specialty billing

We’d Like

• Previous payment processing experience required.
• Experience with using computerized accounting systems required.
• Must have strong computer skills.
• Strong customer service experience required.
• Accuracy with numbers and details required.
• Strong problem-solving skills.

Schedule

• Typical work days are Monday-Friday
