Insulation Crew Chief

Cape Save is a Mass Save Insulation Contractor, providing insulation and weatherization work for residential, multi-family and commercial properties on Cape Cod. With over a decade in the Mass Save program, and over 50 years in the insulation business, Cape Save is a family owned and operated company, focused on helping customers save energy and money. We are currently seeking an experienced Insulation Crew Chief to help meet the growth of our business.

A candidate with previous experience as an Insulation Crew Chief and current or recent industry certifications (WAP, BPI, CSSL, Duct Sealing) would be ideal. Candidate must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen. Candidate must have a valid Drivers License.

Candidates with some insulation/construction experience are also encouraged to apply. Will train the right person dependent on attitude, performance and reliability. Company-paid industry certification training is available.

Pay: $23.00 - $32.00 per hour
