Spin Pizza is looking for Shift Leaders with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and a passion for a fun, fast-paced work environment. The perfect candidates will have a background in customer service and enjoy keeping customers engaged and interested. This is the perfect opportunity for the right individual to learn all aspects of our restaurant, and is the first step towards becoming an Assistant Manager!

Responsibilities:

• Daily operations of all FOH/BOH
• Monitor the operations of the restaurant and make decisions to ensure that the restaurant is running smoothly at all times.
• Greet customers; identify potential problem areas; and solve customer problems.
• Ensure compliance to all policies and procedures.
• Coach and mentor team members daily to ensure high quality & continuously deveoped staff.
• Ensure guest are having a SPINtastic experience with outstanding food and upbeat service.
• Serve as a role model for new employees; lead by example; communicate expectations for time management and energy levels to other team members and management.

Pay: $17.50 - $19.00 per hour
