Position Summary:

The Customer Service Reap is a role that is responsible for warehouse activities and customer service-related tasks including unloading trucks, stocking the store, loading purchased items into customer trucks, pumping sealcoat into tanks, cashing out customers answering phones and other duties as assigned.

This position accepts and displays inventory, provides liquid and dry products to our contractors.

This position is seasonal with a work schedule from the beginning of April to the end of October. Must be available to work M-F as well as Saturdays 8am-12pm.

Education or experience needed for this position.

· High School Diploma

· Forklift experience

· Strong leadership and communication skills

· Must have a mechanical skillset

· Enjoys working with little direction

· Enjoys interacting with people and working on group projects

· More reliable than spontaneous

· Experience in inside sales or other experience in negotiation and influencing with customers is helpful

· Experience in construction or paving / sealcoating industry is helpful

· High level of accountability, time management and willingness to learn all aspects of the business

· The physical demands of this role require bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 50 pounds or more, and working indoors/outdoors and during inclement weather when required by the job.
