FT Client Care Representative with Veterinary experience. We are looking to add another outgoing, hard-working personality to our fantastic team. We are looking for someone with outstanding front desk and customer service skills. You must be friendly, compassionate, be a good listener, have a sense of humor, be detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for all aspects of client service including uploading and dowloading files, scanning, attatching, data entry and scheduling. You will need basic triage and preventative medicine knowledge to answer some of our client's questions.

You must love to interact with people and animals. We are known in the community for our outstanding professionalism, friendliness, and compassion toward our clientele and their pets.

Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus!!

You must:

*Lift and carry at least 40 lbs

*Communicate clearly

*Be comfortable around cats, dogs, small mammals, reptiles, birds and wildlife.
