We are looking for a Dental Receptionist to join our team and provide excellent customer service to our patients. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, have excellent communication skills, and be able to handle a variety of tasks such as scheduling appointments, answering phones, filing insurance claims, and collecting payments. This position requires an individual who is detail-oriented, has strong interpersonal skills, and is able to work well in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answer incoming calls, take messages, and transfer calls to the appropriate personnel.
• Schedule appointments for patients.
• Collect payments from patients and process insurance claims.
• Maintain patient records and filing systems.
• Provide administrative support to the dental team.
• Assist with ordering supplies and maintaining inventory.
