Summary of Job Duties:
The Director of Women’s Basketball Operations is a twelve month position and will be responsible for successful execution in planning, developing and administering all phases of the women’s basketball operations program. UA Little Rock is a NCAA Division I school and an affiliate member of the Ohio Valley Conference. All duties and responsibilities are governed by state, federal and university policy.

Qualifications:
Required Education and/or Experience
  • A bachelor’s degree and intercollegiate/ professional coaching or participating experience.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Monitor academic progress of at-risk student-athletes;
  • Coordinate team travel:
  • Process uniform and equipment orders:
  • Assist in budget preparation;
  • Arrange film exchange;
  • Supervise study hall and perform classroom checks;
  • Oversee student managers;
  • Direct community outreach efforts;
  • Manage calendar for head coach and team;
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Knowledge of NCAA, Ohio Valley Conference and University rules;
  • Ability to work nights and weekends with extensive travel.
