Coaches Needed for Summer Pre-school Soccer Sessions in West Haven, Bethany, Naugatuck, Oxford, Seymour, and Shelton!

HappyFeet Soccer is a nationally recognized and professionally developed soccer program which has been specifically designed for children ages 3 to 5. HappyFeet introduces children to the wonderful world of soccer by going on great imaginary adventures while also playing fun games and singing songs, all with our special soccer ball - Bob the Bobcat. We call this “STORYTIME WITH A SOCCER BALL” and kids have a blast with it!

This approach encourages creativity, confidence, listening skills, cognition, social and emotional development, and physical activity while introducing preschool children to soccer in the best age-appropriate manner available.

HappyFeet operates leagues throughout the area in partnership with various parks and recreation departments and soccer clubs.

Job Description:

We are looking for Part-Time Assistant Coaches to join our programming in West Haven, Bethany, Naugatuck, Oxford, Seymour, and Shelton for our Summer 2023 season. There are positions open on Sunday mornings beginning immediately.

Training is provided, but the position basically entails running around with the kids, having fun, being excited, handing out stickers, and making sure the kids are safe. No soccer experience is required, but experience working with groups of preschool children is preferred.

Pay is $25 per session (1-hour each).

*Must Have a Cell Phone, Reliable Transportation, and Be Able to Pass a Background Check*
