Family Medicine MMC is seeking a spanish speaking Nurse Practitioners/Physician Assistant to join our growing team. Family Medicine MMC is committed to deliver the highest quality of patient care. Our clinic has a team of passionate health professionals that can address conditions ranging from chronic to acute illnesses. Our practice is focused on adult and elderly care. Our mid-level provider will:

• Provide scheduled patient services under the direct supervision and responsibility of a physician.
• Patient load 20 - 25 per day.
• Complete any necessary trainings to stay up to date with medical knowledge
• Currently have an assistant with the inbox (labs, imaging results, home health, etc.)
• Compassionately care for the sick, but strongly emphasize wellness, prevention, early intervention, education and counseling, also women's health and paps.
• Understand Meaningful Use, PQRS, ICD 10, HEDIS Measures
• Elicit detailed patient histories and complete physical examinations.
• Counsel patients on health and disease.
• Adhere to the standards of medical ethics and laws governing patient care and the practice of medicine.
• Maintain in good standing licensure with the Texas State Board.
• Participate in all continuing education, training and other requirements to remain in good standing for credentialing purposes.
• Comply with all federal and state regulations related to position.
• Comply with all company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Spanish Speaking Necessary

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
