- Part-time, flexible hours to be worked in-center
- Support the Center Director in proactively identifying outreach event opportunities.
- Plan/coordinate Math Nights with local area schools
- Plan/coordinate summer Game Nights and community event participation
- Provide exceptional customer service by building relationships with families, teachers, and the community
- Assist with sales responsibilities, including promptly responding to leads and successfully enrolling students
- Write and edit content to ensure consistent brand voice, message and conversation
- Reply to all social media comments, shares, and messages & communicate with Leadership when needed
- Maintain physical marketing assets such as yard signs and flyers
- Use social media, local print opportunities, etc. to keep Mathnaisum top-of-mind
- Assist Center Director and Lead Instructor to mentor and support employee development by providing on-the-job training to instructional staff
- Support the maintenance of a safe and professional learning environment
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
- Proficiency in social media tools
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Eagerness to learn and be trained
- Passion for math and working with students
- Ability to cultivate teamwork and balance education and sales responsibilities
- Exceptional math competency throughmiddle school math
- Proficiency in computer skills
