Inova Staffing is seeking a qualified and motivated candidate for a Supervisor role in Brunswick, OH.

Schedule: 7:30pm-5:30am, Sun-Thurs plus overtime as needed

Pay: Starting at 23.50/hr BOE

Job Duties and Requirements:

• At least 2+ years experience in quality control or a supervisory role in a manufacturing setting
• Reliable transportation to work and a valid driver's license
• Strong knowledge of safety protocols in manufacturing
• Ability to create work schedules
• Maintain records of materials, monitor raw ingredients and organize tasks as needed
• Must have strong leadership skills!!!
• High school diploma plus 6+ years of experience in manufacturing OR associate degree in business technologies/operations management required

***Candidates must pass a pre-employment drug screening, background screening and respirator exam prior to starting.
