Here’s what you’ll do:

1. Perform all duties in a safe manner.

2. Must be able to drive a sit-down forklift in a safely manner.

3. Must be able to pull fruit from the production area from time – to – time and properly store.

4. Must be willing and able to work flexible shifts and changing work schedules.

5. Inspect forklifts and complete daily log sheets.

6. Drives gasoline-liquefied gas or electric-powered industrial forklift, to push, pull, lift, stack, tier, or move products, equipment, or materials in drumming production area.

7. Will operate attachment used to grasp and carry empty and full drums.

8. Prepares all drums needed for loading NFC tankers or all raw materials required for blending.

9. Loads or unloads materials onto or off of pallets and skids.

10. Lubricates forklift, recharges batteries, fill fuel tank, or replace liquefied-gas tank.

11. Reads work orders or follows oral instructions to ascertain materials or containers to be moved.

12. Opens containers, using steel cutters, grinder, crowbar, claw hammer, or other hand tools.

13. Counts, weighs, and records number of units of materials moved or handled on daily production sheet.

14. Attaches identifying tags or labels to materials or marks information on cases, bales, or other containers.

15. Stacks or assembles materials into bundles and bands bundles together, using banding machine and clincher.

16. Lifts heavy objects by hand or using power hoist, and cleans work area, machines, and equipment, using broom, rags, and cleaning compounds, to assist machine operators.

17. Assists on sanitation at end of production on drumming, dumping and tanker loading areas.

18. Handles hazardous material like Caustic Soda, Hypochlorite 12% concentration, Enviro Klor Plus-foaming Detergent, among others, for sanitation.

19. When needed assists at the dumping and drumming area.

20. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Language Skills:

Ability to read and interpret documents such as company policies, MSDS, operating and maintenance instructions, manifests, and procedure manuals.

Mathematical Skills:

Ability to count and perform basic math operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Experience:

• Warehouse experience: 1 year (Preferred)
