Job Description

The Administrative department of Saela is an essential part of our rapidly growing company. As a Receptionist, you will help conserve time and promote the corporate image by representing the Corporate Office internally and externally. You will provide liaison between all parties as need and when directed. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be the first person to greet visitors to the company headquarters.


Our Administrative department consists of highly talented individuals that are organized and dedicated. The Administrative team works together to accomplish and surpass quarterly and annual objectives. They are a driven, goal-oriented group that works hard and enjoys the incredible opportunity that Saela provides. Primary Responsibilities

  • Greet, welcome, and direct visitors appropriately
  • Notify company personnel of visitor arrival
  • Answers any incoming phone calls
  • Inform visitors by answering or referring inquiries
  • Issues visitor badges
  • Keeps a safe and clean reception area
  • Manage daily mail and shipping
  • Assists in Party Planning and Organizing Events
  • Assists in employee engagement & recognition
  • Supply/Inventory Management using Microsoft Excel and other data software
  • Manage flow of communication both internally and externally
  • Maintains strict confidentiality with sensitive information, financial documents, records, and personal maters
  • Process necessary paperwork and forms as requested by various departments
  • Work effectively as an integral member of a team of administrative professionals
  • Other duties as determining necessary by the Director of Corporate Logistics (i.e., office duties, filing, copying, scanning, sending emails, etc.)


Qualifications:

  • Happy, energetic, and welcoming personality
  • Previous experience using Microsoft Office software required (Word. Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Highly professional in dealing with confidential matters, materials, and information
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with a wide range of people
  • A strong customer service attitude and approach
  • Knowledge of office procedures and the use of office equipment
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to handle pressure and quickly shift focus from one task to another
  • Highly professional in dealing with confidential matters, materials, and information
