ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Cordially and professionally greet and direct residents, visitors, callers, and staff.
- Become acquainted with staff members and their functions in order to properly route calls
- Complete various administrative projects as directed by supervisor.
- Possess appropriate computer skills needed to effectively accomplish required tasks.
- Cooperate with other departments to facilitate communications and notification of immediate needs.
- Ability to follow procedures for medical emergencies and urgent matters.
- Perform all tasks as required including, but not limited to:
- generating and distributing forms
- accurately perform all mail room functions for staff and residents
- attending various meetings and functions as required
- other duties as needed by Admissions and Administrator
QUALIFICATIONS:
Guest Services candidate will have exceptional customer services/sales experience. Minimum requirement of a high school diploma.
- Maintain confidentiality/HIPPA at all times as it relates to resident information and business functions. Practice good judgment at all times.
- Dependable attendance.
- Maintain proper dress code in uniform.
