GUEST SERVICES SUPERVISOR / CAPTAIN

As an ambassador of the Fairmont Olympic Hotel, the Guest Services Supervisor / Captain will lead the team of front line staff who will welcome and create memorable experiences for our global travelers.

What you will be doing:

• Earning $22.34 per hour
• Organize and lead the day to day operations for the bell/valet team
• Provide efficient and friendly service to our guests
• Interact constantly between hotel guests, staff and vendors

Your experience and skills include:

• Exposure and experience with a variety of technology and practices
• A passion for customer service and thrive on social interactions
• Strong desire for the hospitality industry
• Ability to operate a variety of vehicles safely

Your team and working environment:

You will work cohesively with a variety of professionals who share the common vision of providing memorable experiences for guest and colleagues of the Fairmont Olympic Hotel.

Work Authorization: Applicant must have proof of valid work authorization for the United States.
