Job Description

Hospitality Aides are the behind-the-scenes workers who keep our community running smoothly. They perform a variety of tasks to ensure that residents are receiving the care and amenities offered to them. Hospitality Aides may be are responsible for cleaning rooms, equipment and public areas, stocking supplies, preparing food and beverages, and providing assistance to our residents with everyday living activities.

Responsibilities

  • Assist nurses and CNAs by answering call lights, transporting residents to and from dining hall.
  • Clean residents’ rooms and restrooms, clean main lobby, and restrooms
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living and other basic health needs
  • Communicate any change in patient condition or other concerns regarding patients immediate to clinical staff

Qualifications

  • Current CNA certificate preferred, but not required. Must be enrolled in CNA courses.
  • Can do attitude and willingness to go above and beyond when needed to serve our residents
  • Ability to work as a team and also independently
  • A love for seniors
