Chateau of Long Beach is an assisted living facility for the elderly community located in Long Beach, CA. Founder's is currently seeking a hardworking, entry-level, full-time housekeeper to assist our residents and join our assisted living team. Qualifications (non-negotiable):
- Able to clear DOJ FBI live scan criminal background clearance mandated by licensing
- Able to pass pre employment physical and TB test clearance
- High school diploma or GED required
- Experience in housekeeping and preferred but not required
- Knowledge of operating a laundry machine and dryer
- Flexible scheduling
Job Description:
- Follow cleaning schedule to thoroughly clean resident rooms
- Replenish supplies in resident rooms and common areas
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas throughout facility
- Remove all excess waste replaces plastic liners
- Clean, scrubs, polishes and sanitize all surfaces, toilets, sinks, mirrors, and floors in the common area bathrooms.
- Attend monthly inservice meeting and employee training
- Additional duties as assigned by Administration
