The Incentive Compensation (IC) Operations support team member is responsible for supporting all components of incentive compensation operations for the Customer Engagement organization. In addition, you will partner with analytics teams, IT, Information Management, P&O, Finance, Legal, ERC, external vendors and NVS Hyderabad to implement timely and accurate calculation, administration, and delivery of monthly incentive compensation (IC) report, IC payouts, the annual award programs and brand specific contests.
The Incentive Compensation support team member responsibilities may include the following.
  • Support the design, implementation, and administration of incentive compensation plans and contests for the field as guided by the therapeutic area / brands. Partner and support CONEXTs in translating and implementing IC plan designs
  • Participate in cross-functional collaboration with other teams within Customer Engagement, IT, Information Management, Finance, CONEXTs, Legal, Compliance and P&O as it pertains to Incentive compensation, contest & award planning and processing
  • Provide input on and assist with adoption of change management and/or new technologies in support of IC execution
  • Manage operations timeline in partnership with CONEXTs and develop a comprehensive IC awards and operations communication plan and calendar
  • Support IC and Evolve payouts, awards, and leave of absence (LOA) processing. Assist with the triage and resolution of any inquiries/issues with inbound IC requests.
  • Assist with the collection, review and implementation of Principle of Fairness submissions (RAISE tool), hierarchy/IC “rollup” information, MBO’s, Progressions, LTI and Evolve assessments
  • Ensure accuracy of IC processing and reporting to deliver consistent rigor and governance
  • Drive efficiencies through improvements and enhancements in IC processes, as well as elimination of redundancies

Minimum requirements

Education

Undergraduate degree in business or related field required. Graduate degree in a quantitative field (e.g., statistics, economics, mathematics, Operations Research, Finance, or MBA) preferred.

Experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, excels at interacting with a diverse group of people, at all levels of management, including senior leadership
  • Prior Incentive Compensation Operations and/or Strategy/Design & Execution Partnering Skills, Stakeholder management. Preferred 4 years Pharmaceutical Sales, Marketing & Business Analysis experience.
  • Business Acumen - ability to “connect dots” and generate insights/recognize multiple points of impact as a result of implementing change, change management and project management experience
  • Knowledge of IMS and other industry data sources, such as Specialty Pharmacy data
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and an ability to manage multiple projects and consistently meet deadlines
  • Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $124,000.00 to 186,000.00 a year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
