Purpose:

Full Time position to work three weekdays, Saturday, and Sunday, including some holidays and special events as required. Standard hours of operation for the center are 10:00 – 6:00 Monday –
Friday, Saturday 10-5 and Sunday Noon - 5.

Information Specialist Job Duties:

The Information Center Specialist will assist with all aspects of operating the
Information Center with the following specific duties and responsibilities:

  • Conduct community presentations within the Center for visitors and prospective purchasers. Understand and maintain strong knowledge of community, surrounding area, schools, and amenities, as well as Builder products to ensure accurate and consistent presentations.
  • Provide primary administrative support for the day-to-day activities of the Information

Center to ensure quality presentations to foster sales conversations. Clean and maintain all displays and presentation aspects of Center to ensure an ample supply of brochure packets/handouts always available. Assist with maintenance needs and requests.

  • Assist with sales and traffic reporting.
  • Maintain a strong working relationship with builder’s Site Agents to foster compliance with required reporting of traffic registrations and sales activity.
  • Assist with Realtor relations.
  • Assist in implementing Sales Promotions as introduced by GreenPointe Marketing from time to time.
  • Assist with organization and execution of Marketing Special Events for the community as needed.
  • Assist with other tasks as directed by the management team from time to time to meet the goals of the company.
  • Maintain and manage all collateral materials in association with GreenPointe Marketing to ensure an adequate supply on hand at all times.

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Highly proficient computer skills, e-mail, MS Office, and Project products
  • Exemplary customer service skills including the ability to identify needs, provide prompt response, exercise patience, respect, and professionalism at all times
  • Skilled in communicating effectively, both orally and in writing
  • Highly effective organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to exercise tact and discretion in preparing, handling, and disclosing information of a confidential, controversial, and/or sensitive nature
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of the organization and communities
  • Ability to read, interpret, and present information efficiently and effectively
  • Ability to efficiently respond in a calm and effective manner to a variety of demands and projects
  • Willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
  • Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
