Key Role:

Advocate for the selection, training, and support of the Air Force (AF) and Space Force personnel. Act as the Point of Contact for the screening and selection process, track AF International Airmen training issues and personnel. Assist with improvements to security cooperation training and working with AF and billet owners to ensure billets are coded and filled appropriately. Assist with the review of policy and publications that provide guidance on how the Air Force will select and train Security Cooperation personnel. Assist with Career Field Management functions, including but not limited to Development Team meetings, Foreign Area Officer Screening and Selection Board, Command Screening Board, and Promotion Board. Asist with analytic tasks by gathering and analyzing data, and making relevant suggestions, which includes usage of applicable software such as Microsoft Power BI, to create and maintain interactive data visualization reports based on various program and personnel data points. Conduct analysis and provide recommendations for requisition, selection, and training pipeline approach for personnel. Develop key metrics after each assignment cycle on the training and fill rate of AF personnel in International Airmen billets.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience with security cooperation

  • Knowledge of the AF’s roles and missions

  • Knowledge of the security cooperation community

  • Secret clearance

  • Bachelor's degree

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience with headquarters-level staff

  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite software applications in day-to-day researching, writing, coordination, and revision of communications material

  • Knowledge of USAF role within the security cooperation community

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $58,400.00 to $133,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
