As an Investment Operations Associate you will be an ambassador of Resolute Wealth Partners (RWP) helping to develop and enhance the relationship and service of hundreds of clients. The responsibilities of the Investment Operations Associate are to perform and oversee the administrative functions of the firm’s investment operations, along with maintaining required compliance records in accordance with securities industry rules and will assist by actively participating in meetings with clients, maintaining proper case notes, and assigning follow-up tasks. They will be trained on formulating and implementing planning advice with the help of technical specialists, Lead Advisors and the firm’s Principals. Responsibilities

• Monitor the overall data administration and services of RWP’s investment operations including (but not limited to) account set-up, maintenance, trading, transfers, electronic deposits/withdrawals, and check processing.
• Ensure all investment paperwork is orderly and in accordance with compliance and securities industry rules and regulations.
• Able to address client requests and inquires related to investment transactions and service needs.
• Assist Lead Advisors & Principles in client meeting by maintaining proper case notes and assigning follow-up tasks to team members as necessary.
• Conduct New Client Orientation Meetings and serve as a team back-up for applications and client onboarding during high volume seasons.

Experience & Licensing

• Preferred: SIE, Series 6 and Series 63 orSIE, Series 7 and Series 63 (or willingness to acquire within 90 days of hire date)
• Preferred: Life and Health license (or willingness to acquire within 180 days of hire date)
• One to three years of securities industry experience
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
