You may find yourself doing all of the following:

• Writing, editing, reviewing, and publishing all common forms of technical documentation for https://docs.hedera.com/guides/ in all supported languages for a developer audience, including:
  • Support articles
  • Technical guides
  • API docs
  • Tutorials
• Managing and responding to incoming GitHub issues from the community
• Writing clear and concise documentation for internal and external audiences
• Continually ensuring document quality and organization towards improving the developer experience
• Monitoring communication channels (Slack/Discord) for documentation improvement
• Grasping complex technologies with a strong analytical and technical aptitude
• Working collaboratively between Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams

Qualification Requirements:

• The successful candidate should have one to two years of commercial experience in a technical environment and be ambitious to grow their career as a Technical Writer

• Degree in Computer Science, or related field or certification in a relevant technical field, or equivalent experience

• Ability to construct complex narratives and convey complicated ideas simply and clearly

• Strong writing skills

• Familiarity with the following coding languages: Java, JavaScript, Go, Swift
