Join our enthusiastic and dedicated Caliente team as a Kitchen Manager reporting directly to the GM and Regional Chef. Your leadership, skills and ability to oversee all aspects of our restaurant’s kitchen functions will play an important part in ensuring that we deliver the best product possible.

What will I do:

· Be the Example in all things – lead in a manner consistent with the mission of Caliente Pizza & Draft House.

· Ensure that all food and products are consistently prepared and served according to the restaurant’s recipes, portioning, cooking, and serving standards.

· Monitor sanitation practices to ensure that employees follow standards and regulations.

· Inspect supplies, equipment, or work areas to ensure conformance to established standards.

· Oversee the continuous training of kitchen employees on kitchen equipment, utensils, cleanliness, sanitation practices, first-aid, proper lifting and carrying techniques, and handling hazardous materials.

· Ensure that all equipment is kept clean and kept in excellent working condition through personal inspection and by following the restaurant’s preventative maintenance programs.
