Comfort Keepers of Secaucus is actively seeking a responsible and reliable Live-In New Jersey Certified Home Health Aide - CHHA in North Bergen and Jersey City, NJ for immediate placement.

Duties may include:

• Activities of daily living - bathing/showering, dressing, etc.
• Medication reminders
• Meal preparation
• Light housekeeping, such as dusting/vacuuming/dishes
• Driving - appointments, shopping, errands
• Companionship - Interacting with clients and engaging them to live fuller lives

Job Requirements:

• NJ CHHA License - Current and in good standing
• PPD within last 12 months
• Proof of Rubella and Rubeola vaccinations
• Read, write, understand, and speak English
• Be genuinely concerned about helping people and have high moral standards of honesty and integrity!

Certified Home Health Aide applicants must meet or exceed minimum qualifications for each of the following background checks:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Criminal Background Investigation
• Professional and Personal Reference Checks
• CHHA hires must accept responsibility for learning and adhering to Comfort Keepers policies and procedures, be able to function in the home setting with minimal direct supervision and maintain satisfactory relationships with administrative staff, clients, and family members.

The Live-In CHHA position is available through our main office located at 58 Harmon Cove Tower Suite 58, Secaucus, NJ 07094. Comfort Keepers Home Care in Secaucus, NJ serves Secaucus , North Bergen and Jersey City and the surrounding areas and this position may require travel to one or more of these areas.
