Summary/Objective
The Quality Control Coordinator is responsible for auditing the quality, accuracy and timeliness of the production output
Essential Functions

- Maintenance of Quality Assurance documentation
- Inspection and testing of processes and procedures – taking measurements and comparing to predefined standards
- Ensure all documentation is organized and maintained in accordance with internal procedures
- Put together all work order samples for the mail shop floor
- Ensure work orders are followed properly and in a timely manner
- Responsible for conducting first piece inspections, in process inspections, final inspections, and spot checks
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in Quality Control experience in a previous manufacturing, printing or processing position highly preferred
- Strong Analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal skills (required)
- Strong Attention to detail
- Ability to think critically

Supervisory Responsibility
This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration. The noise level in the work environment can be loud.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 6:30 am to 3:00 p.m. for the first shift and 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm for the second shift.
Travel
No travel is expected for this position.
Required Education and Experience
High school diploma or GED, or equivalent years of experience.
Additional Eligibility Qualifications
Must be able to get background check and drug test.
Work Authorization
Must be eligible to work in the United States.
