Our Maintenance Assistant positively impacts our students by ensuring that campus common areas are clean, orderly and stocked. At the Hubert H. Humphrey Job Corps Center, operated by Education & Training Resources (ETR), our mission is to help at-risk youth achieve their academic, career training and employment goals and become contributing community members.
JOB DUTIES:Keep campus buildings and grounds clean and healthy in accordance with safety standards
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS: High school diploma or GED, one year of custodial experience, and valid Minnesota driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
WORK SCHEDULE: Full-time Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
PAY AND BENEFITS: $18.12 per hour plus full benefits, including 11 paid holidays, paid vacation and sick time, 401(k) with match, and medical, dental and vision insurance

- Perform custodial duties, properly using cleaning products and equipment
- Assist with routine building maintenance
- Direct and mentor students assigned to Maintenance
