MEP Services Leader
Halff has an immediate opening for a MEP Services Leader in Richardson, TX. The ideal candidate for this position will have extensive knowledge of the MEP engineering industry and markets, with a proven track record of winning projects and expanding market share. This candidate should be accomplished as an independent contributor, who interacts easily with clients. This is an exciting opportunity with significant potential for growth. MEP Services Leader Qualifications:
- Must have a minimum of 10+ years of experience in the MEP engineering industry, with a strong emphasis on business development in the public and/or private sector and developing relationships.
- Bachelor’s or Masters degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Architectural Engineering.
- Professional Engineering (PE) License is a plus.
- Previous design knowledge in mechanical or electrical systems is a plus.
- Exceptional sales and negotiation skills, with experience in developing and executing winning strategies for securing new clients and retaining existing ones.
- Highly motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of professionals, including architects, engineers, and construction professionals, to deliver comprehensive MEP solutions.
- Must be comfortable with making sales pitches, presentations, and negotiating contracts, as well as cultivating long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
