Come work with Lucky Spoon! Great work environment! Mostly working 4 day 10 hour shifts, so you would have 3 day weekends most weeks.

This position is an early start position, great for anyone that wants afternoon's free!

Any MACHINE OPERATION experience is helpful! Any leadership experience also a plus.

Pay is dependent on experience.

Automatic pay increase after 6 months.

Accountabilities:

• Above average work and attendance record.
• Maintain a safe environment.
• Ability to read instructions and carry out written procedures.
• Check equipment set-up; mix-timers, and speeds.
• Document ingredient lot numbers, batch time, batter temps.
• Assemble and weigh out (scale) the correct raw materials as specified by the formula.
• Follow mixing sequence to achieve the desired texture, taste and color.

• Help others and to work in a team environment.
• Communicate effectively with mangers if there are issues.
• Maintain a high level of sanitation and be able to follow our employee handbook processes and procedures throughout the mixing department.
• Must be able to lift 40 lbs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
