We are looking for an experienced Full-Time MotorClothes Manager to join our award winning team!
Job Description:
- Manage merchandise presentation on the sales floor
- Plan, implement and regulate promotions
- Effectively utilize computer systems to control inventory and reporting
- Communicate and plan with General Manager to achieve daily/monthly sales goals
- Increase gross and net profit for Motorclothes Department
- Provide exceptional customer service/CSI
Requirements:
- Prior management experience in retail apparel/clothing
- Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate sales associates
- Knowledge and passion for Harley-Davidson merchandise and other products sold by dealership
- Have track record of sales performance and building strong customer relationships
- Outgoing, energetic personality with natural ability to relate to customers in a professional retail environment
- Must be punctual and able to work flexible hours including weekends
Our ideal candidate will:
- Greet customers immediately, in a courteous and friendly manner
- Provide excellent customer service
- Will have the ability to work with several customers at one time while maintaining individual customer satisfaction
- Assist customers with their selection of merchandise and offer additional products to compliment the purchase
