LHH is seeking an OFFICE ASSISTANT for a contract-to-hire position in Austin, TX.
DUTIES:
- Clerical
- Data entry
- Answer phones
- File documents manually and electronically
- Order supplies and equipment
- Run reports
- Other duties as needed
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma
SKILLS:
- Proficient in MS Word, Outlook and Excel
EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum 2-3 years of previous office support or administrative experience
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: contract-to-hire
COMPENSATION: $22-23/hr DOE
WORK HOURS: M-F, 7 AM-4 PM
