LHH is seeking an OFFICE ASSISTANT for a contract-to-hire position in Austin, TX.


DUTIES:

  • Clerical
  • Data entry
  • Answer phones
  • File documents manually and electronically
  • Order supplies and equipment
  • Run reports
  • Other duties as needed


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma


SKILLS:

  • Proficient in MS Word, Outlook and Excel


EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of previous office support or administrative experience


EMPLOYMENT TYPE: contract-to-hire


COMPENSATION: $22-23/hr DOE


WORK HOURS: M-F, 7 AM-4 PM
