Order Management Admin at Everise is responsible for processing requests for customer returns with complete accuracy and in a timely manner, escalating cases and maintaining trackers on known order management issues.

Must be located in or willing to travel to the site location in Austin, TX 78729
What you’ll do
  • Process escalation in the SOM Admin queues while maintaining complete accuracy.
  • Process refunds for customers using various tools
  • Audit RMAs for accuracy
  • Perform outbound calls to confirm customer information for undelivered orders.
  • Escalate inquiries and issues when required.
  • Research, resolve and respond to issues escalated from Technical Support.
  • Research, resolve and follow up on T2 or T3 escalated inquiries.
  • Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
  • Develop partnerships with technical support agents, service support teams, and customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain logs of activities and completed work.
What you’ll need
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • A positive “Can DO” Attitude
  • A passion for customer service and technology
  • Ability to use critical thinking and logic skills to isolate and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Good knowledge of Word, Excel and Google Suite
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Customer service focused
  • Previous analytical experience with high aptitude for research, analysis, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and effectively manage work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
  • Strong technical troubleshooting skills
  • Strong written communication skill
  • Previous experience in Order Management preferred
  • Previous experience in an administrative role
  • Previous data entry experience required
  • Previous call center environment preferred
  • Schedule flexibility between 7AM - 6PM, Monday - Friday
  • Ability to pass a drug screen and/or background check
