Part-Time Director of Religious School
Job description
B’ShERT, a Reform Jewish congregation in Brooklyn, is seeking a P/T (25 – 30 hrs/wk) Religious School Director. Qualified candidates will have background in Jewish education, supervisory experience, and be able to create/implement curriculum. Bachelor’s degree required; master’s in Jewish Education or related field preferred. The director must be on site Saturday mornings for Religious School and some family holiday observances, including the High Holidays. Some afternoons/evenings required to meet with B’nei Mitzvah families. Salary is $55,000-$65,000 commensurate with experience. Please send resume and cover letter to office@bshert.org.
