MacBracey Corporation has two divisions: Commercial/Industrial Construction and Pole Buildings. This position is to assist in growing the Pole Buildings division and potentially move to a sales role in the future.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting the Pole Building Manager on daily tasks including estimating, project management, and customer relations. In order to succeed in this position, the candidate must be organized and have excellent time management skills and communication. The Pole Building Assistant will work closely with the Pole Building Manager throughout the entire timeline of a project and also independently manage smaller scale projects.

This position is located in an office, but site visits occur. A company vehicle is provided for site visits. MacBracey typically works within a 1-hour radius of Washington, PA where our office is located. Typical hours are Monday - Thursday from 7AM-5PM.

Entry level candidates are encouraged to apply and training is provided for this position. An interest in the construction industry is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with project documentation - submittals, permits, change requests
• Prepare project schedule and manage deadlines
• Assist with estimation and bidding process when necessary
• Effectively communicate project progress to owners

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 0 - 3 years' of relevant experience
• Strong organizational skills
• Computer skills are required (Office, Excel, Outlook)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour
