We're a family-owned business located in St. Lucie West. We are a graphic design, print, and vehicle wrap shop. We do a little bit of everything and we're seeking a versatile team member to assist with the graphic design and production of a multitude of things.

We prefer a full time person for this roll but might possibly accept a part time person.

The Graphic Design / Production Specialist is responsible for creating computer-generated full-color graphics and vinyl output that can be weeded, cut and applied or printed and mounted to a substrate. This may involve various levels of artistic creativity and will ultimately lead to the complete or modified design from customer drawings, files, or exact output of customer-provided design for output to media.

The ideal candidate will have experience or be willing to learn how to operate wide format printers, vinyl plotters, and laminators.

The ideal candidate will also be skilled or willing to learn to weed, mask, cut and apply vinyl graphics to various substrates including vehicles and boats.

There is a significant degree of customer interaction in this position. Professional demeanor and appearance are required, along with a customer service focus.

Digital print, graphics, or sign industry-specific experience is preferred, but not required.

To be considered, you must:

• Possess a valid Florida driver's license and must have reliable transportation.
• Be computer literate. Experience with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. Graphic designs will consist of everything from business cards to vehicle wraps and technical drawings for building and street signage.
• Have basic math skills and the ability to read and use a tape measure accurately.
• Be able to use light power equipment and tools (sheet cutters, saws, drills, etc).
• Be able to sit and/or stand for long periods of time, and lift 50 lbs. or more.
• Assist with the installation of signs and graphics as needed (this may require digging holes and climbing ladders).
• Have strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Be able to organize tasks and determine priorities.
• Be able to work independently and occasionally alone in the shop.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and follow directions according to customers’ orders.
• Work safely and maintain a safe work environment by keeping it clean and organized.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
