Professional Horticulturists

We are a well-established landscape/design/build company in NYC specializing in urban rooftop, terrace and townhouse garden installation and maintenance. We are looking for passionate enthusiastic candidates, who are energetic, motivated and hardworking for part-time / on-call/summer positions. Recent College Grads welcome to apply!

All candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• Horticultural Degree or related degrees / Certification in Horticulture
• A passion for gardens , beauty and most of all plants!
• Love working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Excellent Communication Skills- English is the primary language both spoken and written
• Have a can-do attitude
• Previous professional fine gardening experience
• Plant identification and care helpful
• Ability to handle stress, physically demanding work and must be able to repeatedly lift 40lbs
• Ability to multi-task
• Clean driver’s license
• Ability to drive truck/van
• Some Experience with drip irrigation and low voltage lighting systems a plus
