We're a national Fast Food leader in the industry with 190 restaurants. We're currently seeking Restaurant Managers in WV.

Restaurant Managers are responsible for establishing goals and objectives for the restaurant while maximizing guest satisfaction. A Restaurant Manager has complete responsibility of the restaurant operations, including:

• Driving sales through excellent Operations and Customer Service.
• Controlling profit and loss.
• Training and developing all crew members and restaurant managers.
• Employee coaching and evaluations.
• Monitoring quality of food and service.
• Ensure restaurant is 100% staffed with quality, friendly and properly trained team members.

We're also seeking Assistant Restaurant Managers and Shift Restaurant Managers.

Over 85% of our multi-unit managers have been promoted from store manager positions from within!

Required Skills

• Must have a minimum of 3+ years of current/recent restaurant management in a Fast Food Restaurant or similar environment
• Proven ability to lead a team and ensure 100% guest satisfaction

Desired Skills

• 3+ years of Fast Food Restaurant Management or any Restaurant Management experience required
• Must be available to work any shifts or schedules.

Salary: $54,000.00 - 62,000.00 a year plus bonus for RESTAURANT MANAGERS
