Video & Audio Center, offering the latest in high-tech electronics and custom installation services is looking for highly motivated and self-driven Sales Associates and Customer Service Representatives to join the workforce in any of our five locations: Century City, Santa Monica, Torrance, Village at Topanga (Woodland Hills) and Agoura Hills. Qualified applicants must possess excellent customer service and inter-personal communication skills, be highly-organized and detail-oriented as well as computer literate.

Responsibilities:

• Provide friendly and efficient customer service.
• Greet customers in a friendly manner.
• Move items from the stockroom to the sales floor.
• Direct customers to the appropriate department in the retail store.
• Handle customer complaints and concerns.
• Use good judgment when interacting with customers, coworkers, and managers.
• Ensure that products are always in stock.
