Job Description
In a peaceful setting 10 miles from O'Hare International Airport and 19 miles from downtown Chicago city center, the Hilton Chicago/Northbrook a 249 room property with 20,000 sq. ft. of flexible meeting space is searching for a dynamic Sales Manager.
The Sales Manager is responsible for generating new business and growing existing accounts for both the Rooms and Food and Beverage department.
Activities will include prospecting, outside sales calls, conducting walking tours, entertaining clients, developing and soliciting new leads, and presenting and preparing written proposals and contracts.
Provide the highest quality of service to the customer at all times by providing timely responses.
Attend Networking events.
Previous Delphi, Meeting Broker and Hotel Sales a plus.
Assist the Director of Sales and Marketing and other team members as needed.
