We are professional, innovative, and supportive. Our goal is to fill vacancies within public education for psychologists and related service providers across Chicagoland. We are a small woman-owned business focused on hybrid positions.

We have multiple HYBRID school psychologist openings for the 2023-2024 school year. A hybrid psychologist spends 2-3 days/week on-site within a specific district and can fulfill up to 2 days/week of contract hours remotely. We have multiple vacancies (NW suburbs, SW suburbs, and Northshore). All of these districts are open to contractors using a hybrid schedule. Indirect services can be completed remotely each week (report writing, scoring of assessments, emails, phone calls, consultations, selective meetings, etc). MMC Staffing asks for a commitment of 20 hours per week but we can offer up to 35 hours/ week for the school year dependent on a candidate and school needs.

We can offer 75.00$/ hour at minimum. Create your own schedule by selecting which days you prefer to be on-site. This is a 1099 only position. Pay schedule will be on a montly basis and you will be provided a payment schedule upon onboarding for each month.

Our work environment includes:

• Work-from-home days
• Multiple locations in the Chicagoland area are available for full or part-time school psychologists (boilingbrook, north chicago, dekalb, plainfield , palatine , etc)
• 1099 position only and you will be a contractor of MMC Staffing
• Supervision / consultation as needed by our managing member who is a school psychologist

Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-person psychoeducational evaluation and provide indirect services remotely.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents concerning student behavior and achievement.
• Service MTSS needs for academics and behavior
• Attend IEP meetings remotely or in-person as determined by district
• Other assigned duties by district administration

Pay: $75.00 - $80.00 per hour
