Arlluk Technology Solutions (ATS), a Koniag Government Services company, is looking for a highly qualified, experienced, and self-motivated individual with a Secret Clearance to perform the duties of a Senior Software- Application Developer to support ATS and our government customer onsite at FBI Central Records Complex (CRC), Winchester, VA.

Position Overview:
This position is for a senior level developer to support the FBI’s Information Management Division by applying information technology solutions to their business processes. This developer would be responsible for development and maintenance of web applications and services. Responsibilities could include all aspects of the software development life cycle including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, integration, and deployments. This position is in a team environment and involves collaboration with and supporting other team members.

Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to:
  • Expertise Knowledge in Agile and or DevOps development methodologies
  • Expertise Knowledge in CACI’s HighView Application Version 4.0 or higher
  • Expertise Knowledge in Web-Based application development
  • Expertise Knowledge in Oracle 12c or higher and MS SQL 2012 or higher databases
  • Develops high-performing, well-tested and thoughtfully architected software delivery that satisfy our internal business needs and create powerful guest experiences. Has proven experience in effectively applying scientific, mathematical, and social principles to design, build, & maintain technology products, devices, systems, and solutions that provide amazing global business experiences.
  • Uses algorithms, data structures, programming languages, programming paradigms to create, test and operate sustainable client-side or server-side software applications and services.
  • Builds and extends software applications in varying (cloud, hybrid cloud, and on-premise) environments.
  • Ensures applications are designed to be highly available, observable, and durable via software engineering best practices.
  • Works with business and systems analysts to understand end-user requirements and translate those into pragmatic and effective technical solutions.
  • Works closely with onsite and remote frontend, backend, and operations engineers to ensure deliverables are well-documented, secure, and resilient.
  • Engages in ongoing quality and performance improvement to ensure reliability and security.
Education, Work Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Working Knowledge with GITLAB
  • Working Knowledge with MS Desktop Productivity Suite 2013 or higher
  • Working Knowledge with AWS and Azure Cloud Administration
  • Working Knowledge with PEGA 8 or higher
  • Working Knowledge with Highview versions 4 and 5
  • Working Knowledge with .NET Frameworks, C#, HTML software languages, and MS Visual Studio 2015 or higher
Working Environment & Conditions
This job operates in a professional office environment and has a noise level of mostly low to moderate. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. This position is primarily indoors, consistent with a standard office position and has a noise level of mostly low to moderate. The incumbent is required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. The workload may require the incumbent to sit for extended periods of time. The incumbent must be able to read, do simple math calculations and withstand moderate amounts of stress. The incumbent must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
