The ideal candidate for this role is someone who is passionate about the customer experience, has a willingness to learn, has a healthy dose of curiosity, is self-motivated, passionate about food, loves to laugh, and flair for the creative.

What you’ll do…
The Sous Chef will lead The Chophouse Line under the supervision of the Chef De Cuisine and Executive Chef
- Assist the Chef De Cuisine with the day to day operations
- Ensure guest and team member satisfaction
- Supervising the line in the absence of the Chef De Cuisine
- Focus on achieving restaurant profitability
- Development of team members
