• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field and 3 years’ experience in facilities management, construction management, mechanical maintenance, engineering, or related area OR 5 years’ experience in facilities management, construction management, mechanical maintenance, engineering, or related area.
• Ability to conduct financial business case analysis / translate information into useful formats and draw conclusions
• Retail Facilities Discipline experience preferred
• Familiarity with business process documentation and improvement

This position will closely manage and support the unique trade discipline leads of maintenance in order to ensure stores maximize equipment uptime and reliability. Critical to success is ensuring high quality and standards within maintenance processes, improvement of our trade offerings and critical program development. Oversight of vendor performance is critical. This position involves direct management and program ownership with internal and external stakeholders. This candidate must have a professional demeanor and ability to communicate effectively with business partners at every level, including upper management including program document writing.

Exempt:
The pay range for this position in Colorado is $123,300- $166,800 per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
