- BS degree in Accounting or two years working as a Payroll Coordinator or Staff Accountant
- Must be proficient in Windows environment and with Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work independently
- Recent grads are welcome to apply
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong MS-Office (especially Excel) knowledge
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now is a plus
- Highly organized with detailed and accurate work habits
- Demonstrated ability to gather and analyze data, reach sound conclusions and present findings; create and maintain electronic files
- Work effectively with all levels of the organization, meet deadlines and goals and function independently and as a member of a team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Professionalism, ethics, character and confidentiality
- Construction experience is a plus
Assignments & Benefits:
Salary range commensurate with qualifications and experience. The company promotes professional development with paid job-related training.
