Champion Safety as the top priority on the shift
-
Manage the shift to ensure all performance goals of the plant in relation to safety, waste, quality, and productivity are achieved
-
Engage associates with performance management tools to achieve department goals
-
Ensure that internal and external customer expectations are met and that Printpack Management System procedures are followed
-
Supervise shift personnel in a manner in accordance with Printpack Core Values and Expectations of Leaders
-
Control operating costs
-
Engage and support their shift in Continuous Improvement activities (Printpack Performance System)
-
Complete accurate, timely production reporting to provide good performance information.

Maintain compliance, training and education requirements in all EHS, Quality Systems Regulation (ISO 13485)

Ensure containment of critical defects throughout shift.

Support production associates through on-the-floor presence and Servant Leadership
-
- Minimum of 4 years of manufacturing supervisory experience
- Strong technical skills in manufacturing processes
- Strong computer literacy, especially in Microsoft Office products
- Demonstrated success in creating and supervising a team oriented environment
- Experience in an ISO9001, ISO13485 or GMP manufacturing environment is preferred
- Experience with ERP and Manufacturing Processing Systems (MPS), as well as lean manufacturing technologies is highly preferred
- Experience with Continuous Improvement methods and projects
- Bilingual skill Spanish/English a plus but not required
