What you bring to the role:

• Must possess excellent customer service skills
• Desire to maintain and follow process policy
• Possess a positive attitude toward customers and change management
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
• Strong analytical problem-solving ability
• Professional mentality and career minded focus
• Some College preferred but not necessary
• PST or MST preferred location, willing to consider CST or EST if proven history of working late schedules in CST or EST are available
