About the Opportunity

Duties include:

• Assisting the shift in performance of all warehouse-related duties as needed
• Assisting the shift supervisor in monitoring performance of employees on assigned shift
• Providing leadership and training to employees
• Helping ensure that safety, quality and performance/productivity and customer service standards for the shift are followed
• Using strong leadership skills to communicate with and motivate employees
• Accountability for set goals, including those relating to operational performance, safety and regulatory standards
• Identifying process improvement opportunities and implementing in partnership with other members of leadership
• Ensuring proper training of assigned personnel
• Maintaining a favorable working relationship with employees and customers to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious working environment
• Providing back-up for the shift supervisor as needed to cover absences

Warehouse Associates work hard and play hard; and, to do this safely, it's important that they be able to meet the physical demands of the position, which include:

• Regular standing, walking, bending, reaching and twisting for shifts lasting 8+ hours
• Ability to lift and carry 40lbs regularly
• Ability to regularly lift and/or move 25lbs, occasionally lift and/or move 100lbs
• Comfort working in refrigerated areas of the warehouse

The history of Eagle Rock Distributing Company goes all the way back the Prohibition Era, selling non-alcoholic beer and Canada Dry Ginger Ale. Quite a bit has changed since then and today we distribute a wide-array of premium and craft beers, cider, import beers, wines, spirits, as well as non-alcoholic beverages and local products out of our locations in Georgia and Colorado. One thing that hasn't changed since our start in 1930, however, is our unwavering commitment to our employees and loyal customers.

Compensation and Benefits

Compensation range: $20.89 per hour plus up to $4,000 per year in performance-based bonus potential.
