Hiring for receptionist and sales associate (preferably 1 to 2 years of cannabis retail experince)

Part- Time Hours / Scheduled 5 days a week (MUST HAVE WEEKENED AVALIABILITY)

***MUST BE 21+ OF AGE and have a valid California I.D. as well as reliable transportation***

-Great multitasking abilities

-Ability to handle high volume phone calls, email orders and online orders

-Exceptional Customer Service skills

-Must work well with others/team player

-Must have excellent phone etiquette

-Dependable, punctual and honest

-Personable with high-energy

-Self motivated/takes initiative

-Must be able to pass a criminal background check

-Must be open to constructive criticism

Daily Tasks/Skills Required:

-MUST have perfect to near-perfect attendance

-Reception and customer service

-Must keep the sales floor and all inventory and employee areas clean, sanitary organized

-Verify and check in patients properly and in accordance with legal requirements for the state of California

-Must be willing to learn tasks of both the reception desk and sales floor, including but not limited to deliveries, curbside pick-up, and online orders

-Product knowledge is preferred

-Knowledge of various cannabinoids and terpenes is a plus

-Familiarity with Weedmaps and POS systems is preferred

-Knowledge of current cannabis laws and regulations, compliance and Metric preferred

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
