Professional experience NOT required. Starting Wage: $10-11/Hour with 90 day raise. No one hours shifts! Our minimum for each shift is 4 hours, making getting your hours for the week a lot easier!

• Daytime shifts: 4 hour shifts such as 9 AM-1 PM, 10 AM-2 PM, or 1:30-5:30 PM.
• Potential morning shifts for skilled caregivers: 7 AM- 3 PM
• Great schedule for those looking for supplemental income
• Our work will mainly be on the west side of El Paso

Home Instead provides a variety of non-medical services that allow seniors to remain in their home so that they can live a full life without the worry of falls and being alone.

Hiring Requirements to be a Care Professional:

• 21 years or older
• Ability to write and speak English for caregiver communication
• Availability to work 12 hours or more each week
• Complete a criminal background check, DMV check, and drug screen (we are a drug-free company)
• Possess a valid driver's license and valid auto insurance with your name listed on policy as we do drive our clients as needed
• Passion to serve others - a true caregiver

Caregiver Responsibilities:

• Hygiene assistance such as grooming and dressing
• Mobility assistance and personal care such as showering or toileting assistance

• Alzheimer's and Dementia Care
