Job Responsibilities:

Provide customer service and clerical support for the Closing Team.

The Closing Coordinator assists the Closers in maintaining client relationships, generating new business, promoting the closing teams, and promoting Quality Choice Title’s products and services.

Order title work and review for title requirements.

Submit requests for additional information regarding each transaction (HOA, payoffs, etc.)

Draft appropriate documents for closing.

Field customer inquiries and respond with the necessary information, in a timely manner.

Copy and fax documents and information, to assist the Closer.

Retrieve files, file paperwork, prepare files for imaging and storage.
-
Technical data entry of specific order details/information into the CORE database.

This position would also provide support in the areas of accounting (balancing files, depositing funds, cutting checks for closing) and telephone coverage.
Qualifications:
- Strong typing and computer skills (Microsoft Word and Outlook)
- Strong communication skills
- Must be well organized and detail oriented
Work Experience:

Minimum 2 years of experience working with a title insurance company, mortgage, or other real estate services company preferred.
